Customer Identification (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

The Company implements all appropriate measures to combat money laundering and international terrorism (AML Policy). At the same time, the Company maintains a strong and principled stance to prevent all kinds of illegal activities as well as all related regulations. In order to fulfill these obligations, the Company is obliged to inform the relevant authorities if there are grounds for suspicion that the funds deposited by you are related to money laundering or terrorist financing activities. The Company will also be obliged to block such funds of the User, as well as to take other measures stipulated by the AML policy rules.

Money Laundering means:

Concealing or maintaining confidentiality with respect to information about the true origin, source, location, disposition, movements, ownership or other rights to property obtained through illegal activities (or property obtained in lieu of such property),

the conversion, movement, receipt, possession or use of property derived from criminal activity (or of property received in lieu of such property) for the purpose of concealing the illicit origin of such property or assisting persons involved in criminal activity to avoid the legal consequences of their actions,

a situation in which the property was obtained as a result of criminal activity committed in the territory of another State.

In order to counteract the penetration of criminal capital into the state economy and to counteract the spread of crime, money laundering and terrorism financing are constantly combated in many countries. The company applies internal rules and special programs of measures to help state and international organizations in the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing around the world.

Also the client will be suspected of suspicious activity if a newly created account tries to exchange bonuses received during registration/recharge and withdraw them without using the services of the site (BC fraud and money laundering (bonuses)). The administration has the right to close the client's account at any time at its discretion. The order of removal of the item "suspicious activity" - fulfillment of the conditions and installation of the program code.

By creating an account on our Website, you accept the following obligations:

You warrant that you will comply with all applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws and regulations, including but not limited to the AML Policy.

You confirm that you have no knowledge or suspicion that the funds used to fund your account in the past, present or future are from an illegal source or have any connection with money laundering or other illegal activities prohibited by applicable laws or instructions of any international organizations;

You also agree to immediately provide us with any information we deem necessary to request in order for us to comply with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations.

The Company collects and maintains your identity documents and records of all transactions made on the account; the Company monitors suspicious transactions on the User's account, as well as transactions made under special conditions;

The Company reserves the right, at any time and at any stage, to refuse a User's transaction if the Company has reason to believe that the transaction has any connection with money laundering and criminal activity. In accordance with international legislation, the Company is not obliged to notify the User that his/her activity is suspicious and information about it has been reported to the relevant state authorities.

In accordance with AML's internal AML Policy, the Company conducts initial and ongoing identity checks on Company Users according to the level of potential risk associated with each User.

The Company will require you to provide minimal data to verify your identity.

The Company will record and retain your identity data and documents, as well as information about what methods were used to verify your identity and the results of the checks.

The Company will check your personal data against a list of terrorist suspects compiled by authorized governmental and independent authorities. The minimum set of identification data includes: - full name of the User; - date of birth (for individuals); residence or registration address of the User;

the source of origin of the funds to be deposited on the account on the Company's Website.

In order to verify and confirm the authenticity of the data mentioned above, the Company may require the following documents from the User:

Passport or identification card, or other document replacing them, which meets the following

requirements: - contains the name, date of birth and photo of the document holder; - has been issued by the national state authorities
